Studio Health & Safety Plan

IF YOU ARE EXPOSED:

  • Do not need to quarantine - Ages 18 or older and have received all recommended COVID-19 vaccine doses including boosters; ages 5-17 and completed primary series of COVID-19 vaccines; you tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 90 days. 

  • DO need quarantine - Ages 18 or older and completed the primary series of COVID-19 vaccines but have NOT received a booster shot; you are NOT vaccinated OR have not completed a primary vaccine series (which means you are two weeks past your second dose). You may return to TPAC after 5 days of isolation provided there are no symptoms (note that exposure date is Day 0). 

 


IF YOU TEST POSITIVE:

If you are symptomatic, isolate for 5 days. Day 0 is your first day of symptoms. If you are fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication and other symptoms have improved, you may end isolation after 5 full days. If you are entirely asymptomatic isolate for at least 5 days. Day 0 is the day of your positive viral test (date you were tested). You may return to TPAC after 5 full days. 

IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL:

Members of our community may not attend TPAC if they are ill or have developed any symptoms of COVID-19 (see below). 

SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19: Fever (100.0° Fahrenheit or higher), chills, or shaking chills, Cough (not due to other known cause, such as chronic cough), Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Headache when in combination with other symptoms, Muscle aches or body aches, Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, Fatigue when in combination with other symptoms, and/or Nasal congestion or runny nose (not due to other known causes, such as allergies) when in combination with other symptoms.

Parents must consider the following before entering Ohana:

​

1.Have they or their child experienced any of the following symptoms recently? Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, muscle or body aches, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea? If yes, stay home.
 

2. In the last 14 days, have you had close contact with a confirmed or probably COVID-19 case? If yes, stay home.
 

HOW YOU CAN HELP:


  • Don't bring toys, food, or any unnecessary items from home.


  • Don't send your child to the studio sick or if a family member is sick.


  • Don't break any formal quarantine/government restrictions.


  • Encourage your child to cough and sneeze into their arm, not in their hand.


  • Alert us if you child does have COVID-19 and have been to the studio within the last 14 days so we can contact their peers.


  • Please rest and seek medical assistance if symptoms (e.g. fever, chills, coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath) occur and/or the self-check suggests proper diagnosis.


  • Please follow the CDC precautions if you have come in contact with someone with COVID-19.

  • Please use the restroom and wash your hands thoroughly prior to entry to limit the amount of traffic in the bathrooms.
