Lauren Dulude began dancing at the age of 4 in her hometown of Holyoke, MA, but always knew there was more in store for her! A part of the Technique/Ohana family since 2001, she trained in multiple styles and became an assistant instructor in 2010. After high school, she took her love of dance on the road to Boston, MA where she began to choreograph and lead

Xclusive, a student-led dance team as well as assist DanceFit Brookline classes. In 2015, Lauren was noticed by members of Trend N Motion. Since then, this Boston-based dance crew has become her second Ohana! Alongside Trend N Motion, she has won competitions such as Beantown Bounce 2017, Bring Da Hype 2018, and East Coast Hip Hop Competition 2018. Lauren and her team also perform at community events, lead workshops, and create interactive performances. She has performed for artists such as Lady Niki, Shorty C, and Dutch Rebelle and at venues including Six Flags New England, First Night Boston 2018 & 2019, Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts, Foxwoods Resort and Casino, and the Apollo Theater. She enjoys challenging herself with new movement in stilettos and Soca Fusion classes and strives to dance with passion and precision. A 2018 graduate of Wheelock College with a BS in Developmental Psychology and a 2019 graduate of Boston University with her MS in Child Life and Family Centered Care, Lauren is inspired to begin a meaningful and compassionate career as a child life specialist. More than anything, Lauren loves that in all its beautiful diversity, dance has an amazing, unifying power!
